Marketing professional services cannot be passive. Often, professionals
think that “results speak for themselves.” But without
a targeted, proactive marketing program, revenue cycles can swing
significantly, and your client list can become diluted with entities
that are not healthy for the future of your firm.
When LMK Consulting started working with this nationally recognized
structural engineering firm, much of their marketing was passive.
They have an excellent reputation, and often receive referrals to
new clients; however their marketing materials did not reflect the
caliber of their expertise, and potential profitability did not always
guide investment of marketing dollars. Because they were just beginning
an aggressive business development campaign in the southeast region
of the country, they needed a marketing presence that conveyed the
high level of their expertise, starting with development of a solid
brand through powerful visual and key messages.
LMK Consulting now is working with this firm to complete a three-stepped
program:
- Brand development
- Marketing planning
- Implementation of a targeted communications strategy
Over the course of this year, this firm will update their logo and
stationary (corporate image), redesign their website, create a corporate
brochure that reflects the business philosophy of the firm, and create
marketing tools for proposal development, presentations, and image
management (to build a reputation in the southeast). |
