This 70-attorney law firm is enjoying comfortable financial success,
but they realize that the best time to grow marketing efforts is when
you are busy. Over the course of a year, LMK Consulting worked with
this firm to develop a firmwide marketing plan to guide the future
growth of the firm, analyzing revenues and profits for each of the
firm’s business segments. After the firm established specialized
practices to focus on each of the targeted business units, LMK continued
to work one-on-one with each of the practice leaders to draft specific
marketing plans for each of their business units. The last element
of this project included a training session for practice leaders,
to help them understand how to be more effective managers, and a training
session for all of the attorneys to help them understand their new
role in marketing the firm.
This strategic business planning effort was accompanied by a complete
overhaul in the firm’s brand. Led by a communications consulting
firm, this branding component included new logo development, redesign
of the firm’s stationary, a redesigned intranet and website,
and development of a collection of print collateral to support the
firmwide marketing program. LMK assisted in the development of key
messages and collateral content for these pieces. |
